Data privacy policy for the fflow agency survey

Last Updated: 1 September, 2023.

As the world’s most inclusive agency community, fflow publishes an annual Agency Survey to provide key insights into the agency community, which include demographic information (for example self-identified gender) and personal information (for example salary). Your participation in the Agency Survey is entirely voluntary, and we make every question optional so you can skip anything if you don't know the answer or are not comfortable sharing.

In order to provide meaningful insights into the agency community, fflow collects a few datasets that include sensitive data including your gender, (national) location, and salary. We take measures to protect this data. Most significantly, we do not store identifying information (ip address) for your survey answers. We restrict data access within fflow on a privileged basis to only those that need to see it.

We publish our survey reports as a compilation of anonymized data at Agency survey report.

The data is stored in the EU by SurveyHero

We do not share the data with third parties, except through the final anonymized report, which is made public, and does not include any information that could identify an individual or company.

You may invite us to contact you following completion of the survey, to share the report link, or provide more detailed explanations to us about agency life, or to request more information from us about fflow. This is entirely voluntary and we will only contact you if you have made this request.

If you have any questions concerning the Developer Survey or other survey and our security measures to protect your sensitive personal data, please contact us at info@fflow.io
